If you need support, we're here to listen. Both of our locations offer walk-in hours, so there's no need to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Stop by during open hours, and our staff will help guide you through the next steps with compassion and care.

Seeking assistance can come with a lot of questions, and that's okay. We've answered some of the most common questions below, but if you don't see what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help.

The Coalition serves Moore County individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, food insecurity, or other emergency needs.

Please bring a photo ID, proof of address, proof of household income, and a current utility bill. If you're unsure what applies to your situation, give us a call—we're happy to help.

No. Walk-in services are available during office hours at both of our locations.

Food assistance is available once per month. Financial assistance may be available once every 12 months, depending on eligibility and available resources.

Yes. All client information and records are kept confidential and used only to provide services and support.

We understand every situation is different. In some cases, documents may be submitted by email after your visit. Please contact us if you have questions about what you'll need.

Spanish-language assistance may be available depending on staff availability. We recommend calling or emailing ahead of your visit so we can best assist you.
