Our Volunteers

How you can help:

We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities and time commitments based on individual interests.

Greeters: Greet clients when they come for assistance.

Screeners: Interview clients to determine eligibility for assistance. Also facilitate necessary arrangements for services such as food, clothing, and financial help.

Clothing: Morning volunteers help clients select clothing. Volunteers in the afternoon sort clothing donations.

Food: Volunteers gather food from the Coalition pantry for eligible clients.

Transportation: Volunteers drive clients to Carthage to apply for services including food stamps and run errands as needed.
